Godspeed Capital-Backed ICE USA Announces Strategic Partnership with Southeastern Land Company

Fourth Addition to Godspeed’s Transportation Design, Engineering, and Consulting Platform, Expands ICE USA’s Right-of-Way and Land Services Capabilities

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering USA (“ICE USA”), a Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed”)-backed transportation-focused engineering, consulting, and infrastructure services platform, today announced the acquisition of Southeastern Land Company (“SLC”), a leading provider of right-of-way and easement acquisition and project management firm supporting public infrastructure and utility projects throughout the Southeastern United States. The transaction marks the fourth addition to Godspeed’s expanding ICE USA platform and enhances its ability to provide comprehensive, end-to-end project delivery solutions to state and local governments, transportation agencies, and utility clients.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, SLC is a well-established, licensed easement acquisition and project management firm serving North and South Carolina. SLC has built a strong reputation for its expertise in securing rights-of-way, easements, and fee simple land acquisitions. The addition of SLC brings more than 67 highly skilled professionals to the ICE USA platform, including its tenured leadership team which will lead SLC following the transaction. SLC operates with a deep understanding of the regulatory and logistical complexities involved in land acquisition, making it a one-stop partner for government infrastructure clients. This partnership advances ICE and SLC as a trusted partner for utilities, municipalities, and government agencies throughout the Carolinas. SLC will operate side-by-side with ICE USA, Godspeed’s inception platform investment, IDCUS Inc. (“IDCUS”), and Robert G. Campbell and Associates (“RGC&A”) under the ICE USA platform.
