Michael Roualet

Michael Roualet serves as a Principal at Godspeed Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies for companies in the lower middle-market defense & government services, solutions, and technology markets. Mr. Roualet is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies to implement key components of the Godspeed Playbook. Mr. Roualet has over 10 years of relevant experience in private equity and investment banking.

Prior to joining Godspeed Capital, Mr. Roualet was a Vice President at Enlightenment Capital, focused on making control and minority investments in middle market companies in the defense & government markets.

Prior to Enlightenment Capital, Mr. Roualet was a Vice President at Baird, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace, defense & government services sectors. Mr. Roualet began his career focused on M&A advisory at Macquarie Capital.

Mr. Roualet holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
