Brennan Novak
Vice President
Brennan Novak serves as a Vice President at Godspeed Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies for companies in the lower middle-market defense & government services, solutions, and technology markets. Mr. Novak is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies to implement key components of the Godspeed Playbook.
Prior to joining Godspeed, Mr. Novak was at Arlington Capital Partners, where he focused on evaluating and executing middle-market buyout investments in aerospace, defense & government businesses.
Prior to Arlington, Mr. Novak worked in the investment banking division of Citi, where he advised a variety of clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings.
Mr. Novak holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
