Griffin Leach serves as a Vice President at Godspeed Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies for companies in the lower middle-market defense & government services, solutions, and technology markets. Mr. Leach is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies to implement key components of the Godspeed Playbook.
Prior to joining Godspeed, Mr. Leach was Vice President of Corporate Development at Neumo, a government services and software platform backed by Arlington Capital Partners, where he led the company’s acquisition and growth strategy.
Prior to Neumo, Mr. Leach was at Arlington Capital Partners, where he focused on evaluating and executing middle-market buyout investments in aerospace, defense & government businesses. Mr. Leach began his career in the investment banking division of Bank of America.
Mr. Leach holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
